Summary of the Interim Partnership Director role:
Our client is looking for an Interim Partnership Director who will act as the primary liaison with the end-user client. This role manages the successful development of the transformation programme and ongoing contractual services. It is accountable for end-user client engagement/satisfaction, contract performance, financials, QA, customer satisfaction, and H&S results.
To instil confidence at the highest level of end-user clients and potential end-user clients that our client’s organisation understands their objectives and drivers and can/will align service offerings to deliver the required outcomes. To bring new thinking from market awareness and knowledge of our service offering to assist end-user clients in delivering required outcomes. To keep end-user clients appraised of the progress of business cases and approved projects.
Interim Partnership Director Deliverables / Outcomes (include but are not limited to):
Managing the relationship between our organisation and its client/partner.
Developing, maintaining and overseeing the relationship and any other activities that strengthen the relationship.
To take an active role in devising the strategy, shaping and supporting the partnership through a period of transition and growth.
Coordinating and participating in the Strategic Partnership Board, ensuring we are represented in a professional manner and any matters aired are dealt with swiftly and to the satisfaction of the stakeholders
To align the strengths and capabilities of our organisation with client goals to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship that can lead to innovative solutions, expanded service and potentially new markets.
To ‘own’ the development of business cases, drawing upon the skills of Development Managers, Programme Managers and consultant support as required, in line with contractual and our corporate governance processes.
Develop and implement strategic partnership plans to expand the company’s market reach and enhance its competitive position.
Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in partner organisations to ensure smooth collaboration and mutual benefit.
Coordinate with internal teams to align partnership activities with overall business strategies.
Monitor and analyse partnership performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximise effectiveness.
Lead/participate in events and conferences to represent the company, network with potential partners, and enhance brand visibility.
Work closely with senior clients and applicable stakeholders to ensure positive, constructive relationships based on long-term partnerships, deal with client complaints and implement appropriate remediation plans. Oversee resolving any issues or conflicts that arise within partnerships, ensuring they are addressed promptly and effectively to maintain strong, productive relationships.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure future business opportunities are identified and achieved throughout the duration of the contract, establishing a partnership approach to all estate-related functions.
Lead contract performance meetings, ensuring that actions are closed out in a prompt and effective manner to maintain client satisfaction.

Ability to adapt to different scenarios.
A deep understanding of the FM industry.
Technical proficiency for effectively managing and expanding partnerships.
