Summary of the Full-Cycle Recruitment Account Manager role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Full-Cycle Recruitment Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to placement and strong account management skills within Facilities Management (FM). This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual who can build and maintain strong relationships with FM clients and candidates.

Full-Cycle Recruitment Account Manager Deliverables / Outcomes (include but are not limited to):

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and business objectives.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to review progress and gather feedback.

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job briefing to candidate onboarding.

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to match client requirements.

  • Conduct thorough reference checks and coordinate client interviews.

  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process.

Candidate Management:

  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

  • Provide career counselling and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience, maintaining clear communication and providing feedback.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.

  • Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and labour market developments.

  • Conduct market research to identify talent trends and competitor activities.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market analysis.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, candidate profiles, and recruitment activities.

  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and account performance.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of FM experience in full-cycle recruitment and account management.

  • Proven track record of successful placements and FM client management.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

  • Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High level of professionalism and integrity.

Location: Working From Home

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: Permanent

Salary: £20,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
